  1. if i rename the blog “Infested Mudpit”, do I have to pay @Liberty_Chick a royalty?

    hmm,… has a nice ring.

  2. Kimberlin should have fried for what he did. As a deluded psychopath who conned almost everyone he came across, including the Dean of Harvard Law School, who advocated for him, it’s no surprise that he could con Rоn. Rоn’s been conned by a string of lesser lights (Wolfe, Patrick, etc) in the last year. It’s not that hard.

The idea that there’s an ‘Axis of Evil’ between Kimberlin, NR and Rоn is absurd. Villifying Rоn as a terrorist conspiring with BK (to do what?) has got to pave the way for Rоn to sue.

    • Looking at tweets and blog comments, I’m absolutely certain that even a mediocre lawyer could prove the conspiracy to defame Ron. I hope he will pursue it, as some of the same perps conspired to defame and menace me.

This criminal behavior has got to stop.

I’ll be happy to serve as a witness regarding my own experience being a target of a conspiracy by some of those whom I imagine would be defendants in Ron’s case.

Even if the case turns out to be out of state – I promise to be there if it would be helpful.

      • Expressing your opinions on this and a willingness to speak on your personal experiences will probably be spun to make you out to be a BAD PERSON. Fall in line, already. It’s much easier that way.

  3. They can prove Kimberlin went after Worthing repeatedly in court with his filings and the assault charge. Kimberlin also filed a complaint against Patrick at one point. Those things exist. Railroading Rоn is just revenge because they can do it, and they coulsn’t control him in the past (ring… Riiiiiing). Maybe there’s some strategy behind it, like squeezing him for everything in his hard drive. It’s bullshit. If they stick to facts against Kimberlin, they have something credible and solid to work with.

Dragging Ron through the mud and causing him months of anguish for no reason other than that they get off on epic blog wars is wrong.

If Worthing really sued Ron for $66 MILLION dollars (lawsuit abuse?) and then offered to settle for $20,000 and cooperation, you can see where Ron construed it to be shady, considering his history with Worthing, Patterico, etc, and a year of their manipulation and accusations. He probably (mis)read it as a demand for him to back up their claims. He may be paranoid, but he’s got reason based on the way he’s been treated.

Worthing appears to have been victimized by Kimberlin, but he’s also been a victimizer when it comes to Ron. His case against Kimberlin looks a lot better when he aims squarely at Kimberlin with undisputed facts and doesn’t dilute it with bullshit allegations trying to tie Ron to Kimberlin as a partner in crime.

Ron should probably just go silent and seek restraining orders against the people accusing him of serious criminal acts, including being a “terrorist” all over the internet. They’re deliberately ruining his life to spite him, not because he’s complicit. The fact that the people who are doing it are lawyers makes it worse.

Shining a light on Kimberlin is overdue, but don’t adopt his tricks against people who aren’t involved.
